Autodialer

An outbound dialing platform for a contact centre. It dials numbers from your list, connects an agent to the people who pick up, and records the outcome of every conversation. Its own account; the telephony is yours or ours.

Dialing modes

How to choose a mode

The modes differ in one respect: how many numbers the platform dials per free agent. That drives both agent idle time and whether the person who answers hears a pause.

01

Preview

The next number is dialled only after the agent has closed the previous conversation. No abandoned calls and no pause at the start. Used where the contact is expensive, the conversation is long and needs preparing for — renewals, collections, repeat sales.

02

Progressive

One free agent, one dialled number. As soon as a conversation is closed the platform dials the next. Agents barely idle and the person at the other end hears no silence. The ordinary working choice for a warm list.

03

Predictive

More numbers are dialled than there are free agents, on the expectation that a share of attempts will end in no answer, voicemail or busy. It keeps agents in conversation most densely, but it needs a large list and line headroom — which you set yourself and adjust as the campaign runs.

04

What the mode does not change

Contact order, the local time a person is called, the call script and the outcome fields are configured identically. The mode changes only the pace of dialing, not how the campaign is built.

Agent

What the agent sees

The workspace is a single tab: the contact card, the script and the outcome form. The agent starts dialing themselves.

On screen

  • The contact card and the history of previous calls
  • A call script with branches and objection handling
  • Prompts as the conversation runs — what to confirm, what not to promise
  • An outcome form, partly pre-filled from the list
  • A pause between calls, for writing up or drawing breath

How dialing starts

  • The agent enters the campaign from their own workspace
  • Dialing begins on the agent's own "Resume" button — not on a supervisor's command
  • Pausing and returning to the line are the agent's actions too
  • The supervisor sees everyone's status but does not dial on their behalf
  • The agent closes the outcome, and the next number follows after that
Supervisor

What the supervisor sees

A separate console per campaign and across the shift: what is happening right now, how calls ended, who has access to what.

Monitor

The shift in real time

Who is in a conversation, who is paused, how many calls are in progress, where a queue has stalled. Visible per campaign and per agent.

Results

Outcome analytics

Connects, refusals, failed attempts, durations, outcomes by form field. Broken down by campaign, segment and agent, with export.

Access

Users and permissions

Who enters which campaign, which contact fields they see, who can reach recordings and exports. Roles are configured by you.

How far dialing shifts the number of contacts handled, and the cost of the voice behind it — that figure awaits owner confirmation. We will calculate it on your own list after a pilot campaign.

Data and integrations

Where the numbers come from and where the outcome goes

The list is imported from any source, cut into segments and queued by your rules. The outcome of the conversation travels to wherever you work.

01

List import

Files, CRM exports, any other source. Duplicates and obviously dead numbers are stripped on the way in, and fields are laid out on the contact card.

02

Filters and segments

The list splits on any field — region, status, amount, date of last contact. Each segment gets its own script, its own dialing mode and its own outcome form.

03

Queue and time zones

The platform tracks each contact's local time and does not call them at night. Priority contacts move to the front; failed attempts return to the queue on your rule — in an hour, in a day, or not at all.

04

Connectors and API

Ready-made connectors to common systems and an open API for everything else. Compatible with any SIP telephony, yours or ours.

How it works

No vendor lock-in

Your telephony worksThe autodialer does not require our routes. Stay with your own carrier and the platform runs the same.
Its own accountThis is a standalone platform. You do not have to buy voice, a PBX or AI agents from us to use it.
Data and recordings are yoursThe list, the outcomes and the call recordings sit in your account, and access follows your list of people.

TOPVOIP is a service and a platform, not a carrier: whose telephony to connect is your decision.

Getting connected

How we start

01We look at the list

What the contacts are, how many there are, how the conversation usually ends.

02We build the campaign

Dialing mode, segments, script, outcome fields, agent permissions.

03Pilot dialing

A small segment: we watch the connect rate, listen to recordings, adjust the script.

04We scale up

We size the line headroom and the queue order, then bring in the remaining segments.

Tell us about your list

We will show you the account, build a pilot campaign on one of your segments, and price it against your call volume.
